It is a clean, amazing hotel with excellent staff. The breakfast is great. The location is stunning, just off Splash Universe in Dundee, Michigan as well as several restaurants. Fantastic service and good food. Moreover, the parking is nearby.

Location: the hotel was very close to most importantly Cabela's, Dundee and Splash Universe in Dundee. We stopped by Russell Stover Chocolates for coffee and treats, it was at walking distance from the property. The breakfast was great and had a great selection of food.

The setting was quite comfy and absolutely perfect within easy reach of Splash Universe Resort.

The location here was comfortable and fantastic, as it's close to Cabelas and various restaurants, making it convenient to access everything nearby, including Splash Universe and dining options around the water park.

I enjoyed the water park however my young child had a piece of glass in her foot,other than that and the quality of food for the purchase price was unacceptable

the staff were incredibly helpful and made sure all my needs were met. Secondly, the basic amenities provided in the room were great, with a working outlet behind the TV furniture, which was convenient for charging my devices. Lastly, the hotel's location was perfect as it was close to a range of restaurants and even the Cabelas store, providing plenty of dining options. I was impressed with the attention to detail and the rooms had a pleasant air freshener scent.

All aspects of my stay were okay.

Location was very good. Kids like the decor and indoor water park.

The breakfast experience was very bad. The food was awful - overcooked scrambled eggs and dry muffins. My grandson found a hair in the pancake syrup and the lady who seemed to be in charge was extremely rude. I had to pay for my breakfast and my grandson ate free. Even if my food was free it would have been an awful experience.

We enjoyed the hot tub and the room. It was nice to get away and relax.

Conveniently located near restaurants 🍽️, this place offers large rooms that are fresh-smelling thanks to air fresheners. Plus, you might even spot a group of teenagers hanging out here for a cool vibe.

No hot tub by the swimming pool. ( Not really a major thing but we would have enjoyed using it.)

Hotel was a little dated. The bed was pretty well on its last leg. I know the hotel has a waterpark, but the room wasn't worth the money.

We spent a weekend at this hotel and we found two complementary useful facts: firstly, there was a continental breakfast that was very nice. it was pleasantly located with nice views of a nearby park. One more positive aspect was that our room was clean and comfortable.

There were some negative aspects too. the walls were very thin and we were easily able to hear the conversations in the next-door rooms.

Cleaning staff was wonderful and friendly. The room was clean and nice.

Front desk would not let us pay cash upon check in as we do with every other hotel we stay at. Waterpark was closed for renovations and we were not informed until hours after check in. The waterpark was the reason we booked this hotel. The pool was freezing. The room above us kept us awake with nonstop "running and stomping" for hours until 1 am and even though we called the desk, nothing was done. My husband got almost no sleep and had to be up early to give a presentation. No continental breakfast and the three waitresses at the restaurant acted like we were bothering them to wait on us even though we were the only customers at the time. It was the most disappointing hotel stay I can remember. No one seemed concerned with my complaints at the hotel or online. They directed me to complain to Booked.net because I had booked through them. Booked.net says the complaint should go through HolidayInn and have redirected my complaint. Feel that I am getting the runaround and no one is concerned that I feel cheated on this stay. On a good day, this may be a good hotel, but our stay was disappointing to say the least.

This hotel in Dundee is a fantastic find! the prices are incredibly affordable, offering great value for money. Secondly, the staff are friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant stay. Additionally, the location is perfect, with a variety of restaurants within walking distance and easy access to the water park. Lastly, the rooms are well-maintained and provide basic amenities, including air fresheners, which is a nice touch.

All aspects of this hotel exceeded our expectations!
